Update: Catherine Hoggle Remains in Police Custody - Whereabouts of Children Primary Concern

For Immediate Release: Saturday, September 13, 2014

The Montgomery County Police Department continues to investigate the missing persons case of the Hoggle family.  Last night at approximately 11:18 p.m., based on a 9-1-1- tip, officers located Catherine Hoggle in Germantown.  She was transported to Police Headquarters.  At this hour, Catherine Hoggle remains in police custody and detectives continue to interview her. The children have not been located.



The whereabouts and welfare of Jacob and Sarah Hoggle remains our primary concern. Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1.

At this time, no press event is planned for today.  The Department will continue to provide updates via press releases and social media.
