Crime Solvers Tips Lead to Identification and Arrest of Numerous Suspects; MCP Thanks Public for Assistance

Within the last month, the Police Department has received information via Crime Solvers on a number of cases, which has led to the identification and arrest of:

• Suspect who committed an armed robbery of a Safeway in Rockville
• Suspect who committed a residential burglary in Germantown
• Three suspects who committed an armed robbery at a metro station
• Two suspects who worked together to commit credit card theft and fraud
• Suspect who committed a homicide.

Investigators continue to value the information that is received via Crime Solvers and the Department thanks the public for their assistance in solving crime.  Anyone with information about possible criminal activity in Montgomery County is reminded to contact call Crime Solvers.  Callers may be eligible for a cash reward if the information they provide to the police leads to an arrest of a suspect for a crime.  Tipsters will remain anonymous.  People can contact Crime Solvers by:
