Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Special Victims Investigations Division continue to investigate the March 28 rape by multiple suspects of a 19-tear-old female that occurred in a home on Lockwood Drive.   On April 7, Martin Moise Chery, age 21, of the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive in White Oak, Jordan W. Cobbs, age 20, of the 100 block of Applegrove Road in Silver Spring, and Tombong S. Saidy, age 18, of the 3500 block of Farthing Drive in Wheaton, were arrested and charged with the rape of the victim.  Today, a fourth suspect, Mike Rolsky Antoine, age 22, of the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive in White Oak was arrested and charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape, and conspiracy to commit rape.

On March 28, 4th District officers responded to MedStar Montgomery Medical Center, located at 18101 Prince Philip Drive in Olney for the report of a rape that had just occurred.  The victim stated to investigators that earlier that evening, she was playing dominoes with the five suspects inside of an apartment in the 11400 block of Lockwood Drive in White Oak.  The victim stated that everyone in the apartment had been drinking and that at one point she went to a bedroom to lay down.  The victim reported that while she was in the bedroom, Chery, Saidy, Cobb, Antoine, and an additional suspect entered the bedroom.  Chery and Saidy forcibly raped the victim.  After Chery and Saidy assaulted the victim, Cobb then forcibly raped the victim.  After Cobb’s assault, Antoine and the additional suspect then simultaneously raped the victim.

On April 10, detectives obtained a Montgomery County arrest warrant for Antoine charging him with rape.  On April 13, Antoine was arrested at his home and transported to the Central Processing Unit.  Bond Information is not yet available.   Detectives are still working to locate and confirm the identity of the remaining suspect.

Detectives are urging anyone with information about these crimes or the remaining suspect to contact the Special Victims Investigations Division at 240.773.5400.
