UPDATE: Isabel Simone McGilvery has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - The Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating Isabel Simone McGilvery, a missing 18-year-old from Clarksburg.
